The US Needs Us

Somebody please explain to me, why is taking personal responsibility so controversial? Why can’t we acknowledge that yes horrible things happen to people but then decided that we will not be a victim in anyone’s narrative?

No one is without fault. No one is without hurt. I rather stand with you than against you. I rather believe there’s inherent good in you than inherent evil in you.

But that’s my choice. You have the right to yours.
